Got my item from ebay when it arrived it look a bit battered and never work to be honest it looked like a return item then they sent me a new part that never worked sent photos to show this then they said they will send another part i rejected this as it should be a new item then they said they would replace it but need old one back first that would mean changing pipe work untill new one arrives then change it back when it gets here which could be another 2 weeks do they think i have money coming out of my ears we are talking electic and water here not a good mix they have stop sending emails now bad customer support by the way it is apond uv steriliser

Good product at a reasonable price

Used before to purchase a pond pump and filter then more recently extras for the unit. It’s all so easy to order and it arrives so fast. I’ve recommended to friends and will always go to Allpond before anyone else.

Do not buy the ALLPONDSOLUTIONS 3000L PRESSURISED POND FILTER EASY CLEAN PFC-3000-KIT we have had nothing but problems with it, it is now in the bin the best place for it! This kit come with the ECO-2300PPFA Pond Pump we have had to replace the impeller 3 times in less than 2 years because it is so cheaply made. My pond isn’t big and doesn’t have that many fish in, the water was always green (never had that problem before). Customer service are so unhelpful and rude. Don’t buy!

This company offers a variety of mid range pond/aquatic equipment.

My main issue with the company is their customer service, which is atrocious. Don't expect them to offer good advice or replacement of a defective product/or part, even under warranty.

Firstly good luck trying to get through via phone in the few hours they are open in afternoon. Your best bet is via email but even then there is a delay in response which only prolonged my issue and left my pond without filtration for 4 days! I spoke to numerous people within the company regarding my problem, one person in particular who dealt with my case did not listen to my issues or concerns and clearly had no knowledge of the product. Needless to say I found myself going round in circles, communication went quiet, with no follow up from the company.

Because of their negligence, the parameters of my pond went awol and ultimately my fish suffered.

How did I resolve the problem? I called a plumber.

Would I recommend/ buy from All Pond Solutions in the future? No

My advise: if you're looking to upgrade your pond; do your research, save and go to a company that offers higher end products and values your custom.

I bought an all in one Cup-305 pond pump and filter system from All Pond Solutions just before Easter. it is a stable, well made system which keeps the water in my pond crystal clear. On top of that it was very reasonably priced. A mate of mine who has just moved house and installed a large pond in his garden was so impressed with mine that he bought the bigger version for his pond. Customer service is also fantastic. I rang them with a query on Good Friday at about 4.30 p.m. expecting a long wait or to be told they were shut. The phone was answered within a minute and my query answered. Well done to all at All Pond Solutions.

I was struggling with a cloudy tank and the filter in my bi orb with marine fish. I tried what seemed to be every product going to resolve the problem.Nothing worked!!.I ordered this filter from Allpondsolutions expecting to same result but WOW WOW. My water is now Crystal clear .I highly recommend this filter,Its amazing it really is.

all pond solution are a very worthy company with competetive prices and i always use them, perfect for the tropical fish keeping hobbiest and best external pumps on the market.

Very prompt delivery, no problems with any part of it. Only reason its not 5 stars is that i've not had the stuff long enough to make a full judgement on it yet!
